Our Government AV/Video Teleconference (VTC) production and installation team is looking for a Lead AV Technician to help us deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Projects
    • Oversee all project phases from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Systems Control
    • Load, test, and troubleshoot control systems including AMX, Crestron, and Extron.
  • DSP Expertise
    • Configure, test, and refine DSP files for ClearOne, Biamp, and Extron.
  • Advanced Configuration
    • Set up and optimize AV equipment such as Extron, Crestron, AMX, Cisco, ClearOne, and Biamp.
  • Cabling & Fabrication

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
    • High School diploma (or equivalent) plus at least five years of related experience.
  • Security Clearance
    • Active DoD Secret clearance is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain this level of clearance and be prepared to pursue a Top Secret clearance when requested.
  • Certifications
    • Willingness to earn and keep a CTS certification.
  • Travel
    • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time, with all travel expense fully reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

As an AV Systems Programmer at Cronos LLC, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge AV designs to life. You will develop and maintain custom control-system software, integrate hardware and networked components, and ensure seamless, secure operation of AV systems in high-security environments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Control System Development:

    • Write, debug, and optimize code for Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar control platforms

    • Develop user-friendly touchpanel interfaces and macros to automate AV workflows

  • Integration & Testing:

    • Integrate audio, video, lighting, and network components into cohesive control systems

    • Conduct functional and security testing to validate system reliability under mission scenarios

  • Documentation & Support:

    • Produce clear design documentation, wiring diagrams, and code annotations

    • Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting, firmware updates, and user training

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with project managers, designers, and field technicians to meet project milestones

Required Skills

Cronos LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that AV equipment, tools, and materials are stored, organized, and prepared for shipment to job sites. The Warehouse Associate will assist with inventory management, packing/unpacking of sensitive electronic equipment, and coordination with project teams for timely deployments.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations

    • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and equipment

    • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using tracking software

    • Prepare and package equipment for outgoing projects and returns

    • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles for project deployment

  • Inventory & Equipment Management

    • Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits

    • Ensure all tools, AV gear, and supplies are properly labeled and stored

    • Test, clean, and reset equipment before and after projects as needed

  • Logistics Support

    • Coordinate with the operations team to meet project schedules and delivery deadlines

    • Maintain records of equipment movement and help resolve any shipping discrepancies
