As an AV Systems Programmer at Cronos LLC, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge AV designs to life. You will develop and maintain custom control-system software, integrate hardware and networked components, and ensure seamless, secure operation of AV systems in high-security environments.
Control System Development:
Write, debug, and optimize code for Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar control platforms
Develop user-friendly touchpanel interfaces and macros to automate AV workflows
Integration & Testing:
Integrate audio, video, lighting, and network components into cohesive control systems
Conduct functional and security testing to validate system reliability under mission scenarios
Documentation & Support:
Produce clear design documentation, wiring diagrams, and code annotations
Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting, firmware updates, and user training
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, designers, and field technicians to meet project milestones
Coordinate with security and IT teams to ensure compliance with government network requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
2+ years programming AV control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar)
Proficiency in at least one high-level language (C#, Python, JavaScript, Lua)
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and network security principles
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance (or active clearance)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with DSP programming (e.g., Biamp, QSC, BSS)

Cronos LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that AV equipment, tools, and materials are stored, organized, and prepared for shipment to job sites. The Warehouse Associate will assist with inventory management, packing/unpacking of sensitive electronic equipment, and coordination with project teams for timely deployments.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments and equipment
Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using tracking software
Prepare and package equipment for outgoing projects and returns
Assist with loading/unloading vehicles for project deployment
Inventory & Equipment Management
Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
Ensure all tools, AV gear, and supplies are properly labeled and stored
Test, clean, and reset equipment before and after projects as needed
Logistics Support
Coordinate with the operations team to meet project schedules and delivery deadlines
Maintain records of equipment movement and help resolve any shipping discrepancies
Assist with equipment staging and kitting for AV installation crews
Facility Maintenance
Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized in accordance with company and safety standards
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Familiarity with inventory software, shipping systems, or Microsoft Excel
