Brian Crosby is the Chief Executive Officer of Cronos. Brian founded the company in 2021, drawing on his experience in the AV industry since 2015. He oversees the development and implementation of the company’s strategic goals. In 2019, Brian was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Economic Matters Committee. A former U.S. Army Ranger and Infantry Officer with assignments in U.S. Army Special Operations, he completed three deployments to Afghanistan. Brian holds a J.D. from Western Michigan University and a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University.
Cody is the Chief Administrative Officer of Cronos. With a strong background in operations, compliance, and corporate governance, Cody oversees the company’s administrative functions, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Cody plays a key role in policy development, contract administration, and workforce planning to support complex AV deployments. Cody is committed to fostering organizational efficiency and sustaining high-performance standards across all projects.
Phil is the Chief Operating Officer of Cronos. With over two decades of military leadership experience, and a strong background in operations and process improvement, Phil oversees the company’s day-to-day execution across AV/IT and government project portfolios. He plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, streaming internal processes, and leading cross-functional teams. Phil also supports workforce development and onboarding to ensure operational excellence at scale. He holds a Master of Business from Emory University.
Scott is the Chief Business Development Officer for Cronos. With over three decades in the technology industry and 24 years in the military, he will be responsible for leading and executing Cronos’s business development strategy in addition to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Scott’s role is to align business development efforts with overall corporate objectives. He holds a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Clemson University.
